How gift vouchers work

1. Choose a fixed denomination configured by Lawaju staff — custom amounts are not supported.
2. Personalise delivery: send to a recipient email or receive the code yourself (bearer mode).
3. Pay with M-Pesa STK push. The voucher remains inactive until payment is verified on our servers.
4. We email the voucher code after activation. Delivery status is tracked separately from payment.
5. Redeem at checkout on physical-game orders. Partial use keeps the remaining balance until expiry.
6. Eligible order cancellations or refunds may restore unused voucher value through an auditable ledger — staff terms apply.
